Everyone has different skin tones so each exposure must be carefully made and properly color corrected so everyone looks natural in the portrait. It's a highly technical process best done by experienced technicians with many years of experience.

Lets face it, nobody has perfect skin. That’s why every portrait you order from Keepsake is skillfully retouched to remove unwanted blemishes and soften areas under the eyes. This premium level of artwork will enhance your portraits even if your complexion is clear. Complete facial retouching is included in the base price all of our finished portraits. We don't offer anything less.
Perfect composition and cropping...
This important step is done by talented artists to make sure your portrait has proper balance and proportion so it looks perfect when it's hanging on the wall in your home.

The way it's printed and finished.
Quality family portraits don't come out of a printer in the back room...

They have millions invested in the latest equipment and dozens of highly skilled artists printing on genuine Kodak photographic paper the old fashioned way. Sturdy dry mounting and protective lacquer coating...
Some places deliver their pictures loosely or in flimsy cardboard folders. Every Keepsake portrait larger than a wallet is dry-mounted by hand to sturdy acid free artists media for ease of framing with or without glass. Then they are hand lacquered with an acrylic finish for a lifetime of beauty and protection. The finishing touch of a beautiful metallic edging technique helps make your portraits something you will be thrilled to display and proud to give as a gift.
